Harry McKinley, Journalist & Consultant 
Harry is a journalist and consultant, writing regularly for the likes of Wallpaper*, The Telegraph, The Week, Condé Nast Traveller etc.; as well leading the editorial at commercial interior design title, Mix Interiors, as managing editor. He hosts the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and its associated talks programme; curates and hosts the seminar strand of Hi Design’s global events series; and helms the Sessions programme here at January Furniture Show. 


Fiona Minett, Founder, Boss Your PR
Fiona Minett, founder of Boss Your PR, is an award-winning PR expert and educator on a mission to democratise PR for entrepreneurs and small businesses.  Having spent over a decade in PR, including six years running a PR agency, Fiona now trains and coaches small businesses in taking a DIY approach to their visibility by making the most of savvy and cost effective PR techniques.  She has contributed to and written for the likes of Jewellery Focus Magazine, The Guardian, Health & Wellbeing and The Oxford Times.


Monica Born, Founder, Superfront
Superfront is a Swedish design brand, based in Stockholm, that creates innovative, design-led products for the upcycling of a range of Ikea furniture, including kitchens, sideboards, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. Superfront has also made it possible to create vanity units based on Ikea Metod kitchen cabinets. The company was launched in 2013 by Monica and Mick Born with a desire to create sustainable quality design at a reasonable price. 


Ed Carpenter, Director & CEO, Very Good & Proper
In 2008, together with André Klausner, Ed established Very Good and Proper (VG&P) as a company to design and produce furniture, with the first capsule collection launched to wide acclaim during the London Design Festival in 2009. The Canteen Chair has since gone on to become a design classic, specified by the likes of Google and Facebook for their respective HQs and recognised opposite Jean Prouve’s Standard SP Chair as one of the ‘500 Chairs that Matter’ by Phaidon, published 2018. Klauser & Carpenter continued to design the VG&P collection and, as the company grew, Ed’s role developed into the Director and CEO of VG&P. In 2014, Ed became the majority owner, working towards establishing VG&P as one of the leading UK-based contemporary design brands and working with some of the industry’s best design talent.


Sabrina Panizza & Aude Lerin, Founders & Creative Directors, Pl Studio
Pl Studio is an interior design studio based in London and Milan, founded by life partners Sabrina Panizza and Aude Lerin. With over 20 years of combined experience in the creative industries spanning art, design, fashion and photography, and a multicultural background, Sabrina and Aude create interiors where simple geometric shapes and clean lines are brightened by bold colours and punchy patterns, as well as mid-century design, art, and antique pieces, to give life to a playful, rich universe. Inspired by some of the most iconic decorative art and design movements of the 20th century, the visionary duo creates elegant, yet humorous interiors dominated by the joy of the unexpected and an unconventional no-rules approach. 


Matt Galvin, Co-founder, Galvin Brothers
Galvin Brothers was formed in November 2012 by Matt and Andrew Galvin as a new handcrafted furniture business, building upon their father’s 60 plus years of joinery and cabinet making experience. Their aim was to design and manufacture thoughtful furniture using the best quality timbers, revisiting traditional techniques in modern ways. Today, the business has grown to include a broad team of talented craftspeople,and whilst their remit has expanded their focus remains the same.


Judith van Vliet, Founder, The Color Authority
Judith van Vliet is the Founder of The Color Authority™, helping people to unleash colour in their lives and businesses. TCA develops colour trends for different markets through storytelling and palette development and offers different services in the colour consultancy area. Judith works with a global colour network of like-minded experts that understand the power of colour. She is a prolific public speaker and is the host of the namesake podcast that brings fascinating conversations with some of the most inspiring people in the world of colour. She serves on Colour Marketing Group’s Executive Committee as Immediate Past President where her in-depth knowledge of colour helps maintain CMG at the forefront of global colour forecasting. Judith currently works and podcasts out of Milan, Italy.


Jo Littlefair and Martin Goddard, Founders, Goddard Littlefair
Founded in 2012, Goddard Littlefair is a forward-thinking, luxury interior design practice based in London, UK and Porto, Portugal. The studio has overseen the design of ground-breaking projects including London’s Mondrian Shoreditch Hotel, The Gleneagles Hotel, Edinburgh’s The Printing Press Bar & Kitchen and The Dandy Bar in Mayfair – as well as an array of ultra-luxury residential properties. The studio has been awarded a British Home Award, multiple Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, a Brit List Award, a Mixology Award and a Hospitality Design Award, among many others.


Luther Spicer, Creative Director, Cake Agency
Luther is an award-winning Creative Director based in Birmingham, specialising in branding and experience design. With over 20 years of experience, he’s an expert on creating, growing, and transforming brands for a huge range of visionary clients. Luther brings a wide skill-set from traditional print design, typography and illustration, all the way through to digital and physical retail experiences. At Cake Agency he is able to oversee all creative aspects of his client's work due to his ability to see the bigger picture and strategically assess the creative problems from both business and human perspectives to deliver impact for the brand and drive change. 

Claire McCullough, York Street Studios
Claire is a Stylist and Co-Founder of York Street Studio - a Photography studio, specialising in product and lifestyle imagery for retail and e-com brands. Prior to opening the studio, Claire had previously worked as a retail buyer, product specialist and stylist for large retailers, including Primark and Tesco. 

She runs the studio with her partner Lyndon, a photographer whose portfolio includes Habitat, Living etc and Argos. Together they have a strong understanding of how to create beautiful and unique imagery, and the importance of telling your brands story.
